1. Eligibility: 

1. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, that receives an email from EDF inviting them to participate within the promotional period (see section 2).
2. Current valid email address required. Internet access required.
3. Customers must have successfully signed up to EDF’s ‘Go Electric’ or ‘Pod Point Plug & Power’ electric vehicle tariff during the promotional period.
4. Complete the 14-day cooling off period
5. Pay by direct debit throughout the full tariff and have successfully made the first payment.
    

2. Duration of promotion:

1. Open from 6^th October 2026 – 15^th July 2027. Full terms and eligibility criteria apply. The offer can be changed, replaced or withdrawn at any time without notice. 
2. Registration Period: Customers must register their claim within 30 days of receiving their unique claim code via email from EDF. 
    

3. The Reward: £175 Hotel Credit e-voucher

1. This reward entitles the customer to a hotel voucher to the value of £175 for the Travel Credits platform.
2. The Reward is valid for 12 months from the date the winner receives the email from EDF containing Username and PIN.
3. Qualifying customers will receive a username and PIN by email which must be used to access hotels listed on the Travel Credit website and redeem their Reward.
4. The qualifying customers will be able to browse the listed hotels and once they have selected a hotel and room, provided the customer uses the correct username and PIN, the £175 will be automatically deducted from the total amount payable during the booking process.
5. The winner must input their full name, email address, contact number, full postal address and payment details. Once the booking has been processed, the customer will receive a booking confirmation to the email address provided.
6. Hotel Voucher can be used in part-payment or in full against one booking on an English or global stay.
7. Multiple vouchers cannot be used for the same hotel booking.
8. The reward must be taken as offered. No cash alternative is permitted.
9. Each Hotel provider may have varying terms and conditions including refund policies which need to be reviewed carefully before confirming.

4. How to participate:

1. A customer must receive an invitational email from EDF to participate in this offer and meet the full terms and eligibility criteria to qualify as stated in EDF terms.
2. When eligible to claim a customer will receive an email from EDF containing their unique registration code and the URL to the campaign site to register their claim.
3. Customer must then visit the campaign website and complete the registration form within the next 30 days of receiving their unique registration code by providing:
   1. Name
   2. Valid email address 
   3. Unique claim code supplied by EDF 
4. It will not be possible to register on the campaign website or claim any e-vouchers after the expiry of 30 days.
5. Successful registrations will result in the availability of e-voucher to the value of £175 to use on Travel Credits.
    

5. No cash or other alternative gift card will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, it may be necessary to substitute similar reward(s) of equal or greater value. The vouchers have no monetary value, are non-transferable, cannot be resold, auctioned or exchanged.
 

6. Unused e-vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned.
 

7. Any tax liability arising from receipt of a voucher will be the responsibility of the customer 
 

8. Any additional costs which may be incurred in this promotion in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services that go beyond those described services for the voucher fulfilment are not included in the voucher shall be the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid by customers separately. 
 

9. Only complete registrations will be accepted. 
 

10. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct, up-to-date details when participating in the promotion.  
 

11. The promotion will not be open to any individual; that: 

1. has not received an invitational email from EDF to participate in this offer.
2. has not met the full EDF terms and eligibility criteria.
3. has not completed the claim process by completing all requested entry fields on the E-Voucher Portal correctly, within the timeframe provided. 
4. Has since closed their EDF account.
5. Resides outside of Great Britain (the offer is not available in Northern Ireland).

12. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to reject those entries or claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.  
 

13. This promotion shall be administered by TLC Worldwide UK Ltd (TLC). If for any reason any individual encounters a problem with this promotion, please visit the contact us form.

14. Any individual taking advantage of this promotion do so on complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.   
 

15. The Administrator will not in any circumstances accept any liability for personal loss, damage or injury suffered by any participant participating in the promotion. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Nothing here is intended to exclude any liability for death or personal injury its negligence or generally for intent as well as for gross negligence. 
 

16. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Administrator or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants to avoid undue disappointment. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Administrator and which prevents the Administrator from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Administrator will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.  
 

17. The Administrator has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Administrator will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, customer error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation in the Promotion.  
 

18. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.  
 

19. These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
 

20. “The Administrator” is responsible for fulfilling the vouchers. Any data captured in the fulfilment of the Promotion by TLC will only be used for validation of entries and for the delivery of vouchers, unless we have your consent. Your personal details be kept confidential. Data will be stored for 3 months from the Promotion end date, after which the data will deleted. 21. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
